We offer 1 – 2 free revisions after the initial prototype to ensure the final product is exactly as you envisioned.
After the sample is successfully produced, we’ll provide you with comprehensive pictures for final approval before dispatching it. For your convenience, we use express air shipment, and you can expect to receive the sample within 5 – 7 days.
- In – Person Sample Review & Pre – Production
Upon receiving the sample and deciding to proceed with a bulk order of Christmas decoration crafts, we’ll draw up a contract for the deposit payment. Simultaneously, our team will assist you in designing custom labels and hangtags for your Christmas decorations. To ensure timely delivery before Christmas, the optimal time to place your order for handicrafts is between January and June each year.
This stage involves material procurement and production manufacturing. Our experienced QC (Quality Control) team conducts rigorous inspections on incoming materials and monitors every step of the Christmas decoration crafts production process with full – scale checks. Throughout production, our sales team will keep you updated by sending pictures and videos of the production progress. We also arrange for necessary safety testing to ensure product quality and compliance.
Before the goods are shipped, we carry out a two – day comprehensive quality inspection on all products. We understand the importance of quality assurance, and we welcome you to arrange for a third – party inspection agency to assess the goods as well.
The balance payment is due before the goods are shipped. If you don’t have a freight forwarder in China, our reliable shipping agency will handle the entire shipment and customs clearance process on your behalf.
